 Capita Total Document Services co-ordinate the collection of Proof Delivery documents from 60 regional depots on a daily basis. The conversion service is provided by four of Capita’s regional processing centres and includes document scanning, indexing and data verification.

The resulting files are uploaded to the ‘Retrieve’ document management system hosted on the Capita Total Document Services web-servers.
Approximately one million documents are converted each month.
